Basic Baked Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs ground beef

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 Cup almond milk, or other milk of choice

  • 1/3 Cup grated parmesan

  • 1/3 Cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium size bowl, combine everything except beef until well combined. Gently fold in beef.

  3. Form into ~1/4 C sized balls, making about 12 meatballs.

  4. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until cooked through.
