Well Fed Meal Prep: How It Works

Get customized meals (large format or individual portions) delivered to your door!

We’ll talk through food likes/dislikes, dietary preferences/avoidances, and health goals as well as determine best day(s) of the week for drop off and how many meals/portions you would like on average (this can be adjusted week to week based on your needs).

Prior to your drop off day, your chef will reach out to confirm menu based on your preferences and meal/portion needs. Feel free to tell your chef exactly what you’re craving or leave the planning to them! All meals and meal suggestions are customizable - don’t want nuts on the salad? Want chicken instead of turkey? Just tell your chef! Check out our favorite meal prep dishes, below!


3.

Your chef will drop off your food, and you’ll enjoy home-cooked meals without a trip to the grocery store, the cooking or the cleanup. Repeat step 2 each week!
