I’m Lara, a Registered Dietitian and believer that nutrition doesn’t have to be as complicated as it seems! I created The Well Fed Guide to bring you simple recipes, wellness tips, and nutrition services like meal prepping, meal planning and nutrition coaching.
As a Dietitian, I have a love for food – home cooked or at the new local hot spot. Midwesterner turned southern, I love exploring the Nashville food scene, creating in my mini kitchen, and movement in almost any form – yoga, hiking, cycling, HIIT, and straight up walking. Recipe: Very hard, I love to cook for other people. I love to make crispy oat cookies or birthday cakes for people :), because I know how much everyone loves them. I also like to bake bread!
Way to Unwind: I love to travel or try new restaurants with my husband. I also enjoy binge reading thriller books or cuddling with my dog, Iris.
Vacation: I love to visit new cities and try new foods!
