Air Fried Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs ground turkey

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 Cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond)

  • 1/3 Cup rice crumbs or breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 Cup parmesan

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley, optional

  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl. Add egg and milk and stir to combine. Fold in meat (you can use your hands) to combine but being careful not to over mix. Form into 12 meatballs (about 2 tbsp per).

  2. Spray air frier lightly with olive oil and place meatballs evenly so they aren’t touching. Cook at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes, shake, lightly spray with olive oil, and decrease temperature to 370 to continue cooking for 6 minutes or until done. Enjoy with your favorite sauce!

*note: if baking in the oven, follow step 1, and then bake meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until done.
