20 Minute Turkey Meatballs

Who doesn't love a good meatball?? And even more so when they require less time than your favorite sitcom. On top of being so simple, these meatballs are freezer friendly so you can have dinner ready in a flash. Go the traditional route by pairing with spaghetti, eat solo [dinner party app?], or just for some added protein on your plate.

20 Minute Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced

  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped

  • 3 tbsp. dijon mustard

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan

  • 1 lbs. ground turkey

  • S + P, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients using hands.

  3. Using hands or a spoon, form into 2 inch balls. 

  4. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy on their own or with your favorite pasta and sauce.
