from my recipe box: 4 ingredients, 1 bowl, what are you waiting for?! These vanilla tahini protein bites are so simple and great to have on hand when you’re craving a satisfying sweet!

Vanilla Tahini Protein Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, I use Ancient Nutrition*

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.

  2. Add wet ingredients and mix until well combined (it will be thick!).

  3. Roll dough into bite sized balls (about 20). Store in the fridge or freezer.
