Basic Overnight Oats

From My Recipe Box: Whip up several batches of these easy overnight oats to grab-n-go for breakfast or as a snack. Swap in your favorite milk, fruit, nuts and/or nut butter for your own spin on these oats!

Basic Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 C oats

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 C almond milk

    Toppings:

  • 1/3 cup mixed berries [I use frozen a lot to save $ and the juices naturally sweeten the oats]

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • Honey, a drizzle

Directions:

  1. Mix oats and chia seeds first. Add milk and stir well.

  2. Top with whatever your heart desires - other fruit, nuts/nut butter, seeds, honey/maple syrup, etc.
