5-Minute Cilantro Lime Rice

5-Minute Cilantro Lime Rice

ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked brown rice, I use 2 bags of Trader Joe’s frozen brown rice

  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

  • 2 1/2 limes, juiced

  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter, melted or add when rice is still hot

  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • black pepper, to taste

directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
