Double Chocolate Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond butter or peanut butter (use a fresh jar!)

  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 scoops (1/2 cup) Ancient Nutrition Chocolate Protein*

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling on top

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a muffin tin.

  2. Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a medium size bowl. Once well combined, stir in chocolate chips.

  3. Divide batter evenly among 10 muffin tins, sprinkle with more chocolate chips, and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
