4 Ingredient No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

FROM MY RECIPE BOX: These 4 ingredient no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars may or may not be the easiest chocolate peanut butter fix you could whip up. Plus, I’ve heard they taste pretty darn close to a Justin’s Peanut Butter Cups?! Only you can be the judge of that.

4 Ingredient No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pitted medjool dates [about 16]

  • 16 oz. unsalted creamy natural peanut butter [no other ingredients added!]

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips [I like enjoy life]

  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Pulse dates in a food processor until broken up into smaller pieces. About 20-30 seconds.

  2. Add peanut butter and blend until well combined. About 1 minute.

  3. Line an 8X8 dish with parchment paper and spread peanut butter mixture evenly along the bottom. You may need to lay another piece of parchment on top and use some elbow grease to spread it evenly. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish and microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. About 3-4 times.

  5. Remove peanut butter mixture from fridge and pour chocolate over top. Sprinkle with salt. Freeze again for at least 5 minutes before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
