Mocha Overnight Oats
From my recipe box: get your morning jolt with a dose of healthy fats and fiber in this quick breakfast you can batch prepare!
MOCHA OVERNIGHT OATS
1/3 C oats
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp cacao powder
1/3 C almond milk or other milk of choice
1/4 C cold brew coffee [not concentrate]
1-3 tsp maple syrup
toppings: almond butter, cacao nibs, unsweetened shredded coconut and/or berries
Combine oats, chia seeds, and cacao powder in a small container.
Add almond milk, coffee, and maple syrup, and stir until combined.
cover and Let sit in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours then add toppings of choice [could also add prior to refrigerating].
