Everything Chicken

from my recipe box: this is probably the easiest and most flavorful way to bake chicken - if you like salty, this recipe’s for you!

  • 1-1.5 lbs chicken breasts [2 large breasts preferred]

  • 1 jar Everything But The Bagel Seasoning [I use Trader Joe’s 2.3 oz. jar, but many stores are carrying this seasoning now]

  • 2 T butter/ghee melted or olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place butter/ghee/olive oil in a shallow bowl or small plate. Spread Everything seasoning on a small plate [see photo].

  3. Pat chicken dry then coat in butter/ghee/olive oil before coating well, on both sides, in the Everything seasoning. Press seasoning into chicken with your hands and then place on prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for ~25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. I like to pair this with roasted veggies like broccoli, brussel sprouts and/or sweet potatoes!
