Cherry Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4-1 C milk of choice

  • 1/2 C frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 C frozen dark sweet cherries

  • 1/4 frozen banana

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1-2 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder

  • optional: turmeric & black pepper, cinnamon, chia seeds, flaxseeds, collagen

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
