Tahini Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Tahini Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup almond milk, or more depending on desired consistency 

  • 1 (heaping) tbsp drippy tahini

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch salt 

  • optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, drizzle of maple syrup and/or more cinnamon if desired 

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl.

  2. Add almond milk, maple syrup and tahini and stir until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add additional toppings as desired and enjoy. Serves 1.
