Massaged Kale Salad

MASSAGED KALE SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
1 brunch kale [I used tuscan], rinsed & dried
2T olive oil, divided
1 1/2 lemons, divided
1/3C hemp seeds
dash of red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt & pepper
Directions
Roughly chop kale and place in a large bowl with 1 T olive oil and 1/2 lemon, juiced
Massage until the kale turns a vibrant green.
Add remaining ingredients, toss and enjoy for days!
