MASSAGED KALE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 brunch kale [I used tuscan], rinsed & dried

  • 2T olive oil, divided

  • 1 1/2 lemons, divided

  • 1/3C hemp seeds

  • dash of red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Roughly chop kale and place in a large bowl with 1 T olive oil and 1/2 lemon, juiced

  2. Massage until the kale turns a vibrant green.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, toss and enjoy for days!
